The Grande at Canal Pointe is a neighborhood of single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums adjacent to  Canal Corkran and nestled between Hebron Road, the Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal.  To reach our neighborhood - head west on Rehoboth Avenue and turn right at the traffic light right after you cross the canal. Follow signs for NV or LC Homes. There are currently about 120 single family homes. Final build out will be about 275.  The single family home builder is NV Homes.  [The number of current and projected  townhomes and condominiums is unknown to the webmaster at this time. They are being built by LC Homes. ]  Condos start in the mid $200's and single family homes start in the $390's. We are an easy bicycle ride to downtown Rehoboth or a 20 minute walk into town via sidewalk.  The traffic light on Rehoboth Avenue at Church Street has made downtown Rehoboth very easy to get to by car, even in the peak of the season.  Stay tuned as we residents build this web site and create the friendliest neighborhood in Rehoboth.
